    Rather confusing to me.

    Also, why wait until the IGC takeover is complete to receive 40 sents per share. By that stage NKP may have rised to that level in anticipation of IGC shareholders buying NKP with funds from IGC. Would it not be better to buy your NKP shares now while they are cheap?
