Do you honestly think a big company wouldn't be able to produce the candy at a significantly better cost price to what little old candy club is doing?
The line of products have a high ticket price so its going to be great margins for whoever acquires. They would bring new product development and manufacturing in house so they wouldn't give a toss about CLB's variable costs or overheads.

You've brought some good points forward re: James and the loan converting to cheap shares but come on, you must know this argument is trash
