Yeelirrie surrounds the world's largest calcrete uranium deposit!
"Fortunately for Blaze, its remaining asset, its Yeelirrie uranium project, has just got a whole lot more interesting thanks to the defeat of the anti-uranium mining Labor government in Western Australia. The project surrounds the real Yeelirrie, BHP Billiton's 50,000-tonne uranium deposit that has been in a deep sleep since the early 1980s, waiting for politics to swing its way.
BHP will now be dusting off development plans for the deposit, which has an in-situ value of more than $8 billion. Blaze's project consists of a tenement package that all but surrounds BHP's deposit. Some preliminary work has given Blaze good reason for encouragement."
