It may be re-listed. I don't like the chances for that happening.
There may also be an option to transfer the shares off market to a third party. of course, there will be fees attached - from the registry to do so.
It would essentially be the same as using the delisted.com service. You would essentially transfer the shares in-specie to another - in order to avail yourself of the capital loss.
This could be an option... although you would need to do some further research. You would probably save yourself a hundred bucks, when compared to delisted. com, but you would also need to find someone to transfer the shares to.
I have a lot of money tied up in this company as well. The capital loss will pretty much cover any future capital gains I will ever see in my lifetime. Talk about a swindle.
All that talk about "not if, but when"... screwed over by an American sweet talker.... and yet there are no repercussions for such behaviour.
