Manakish is a Lebanese breakfast staple that looks a lot like a pizza. It's a round, ovenbaked flatbread traditionally topped with olive oil and sesame seeds. Other toppings include minced lamb, cheese and spinach. The traditional method involves pressing the dough with the fingertips to leave indentations for the toppings.
