It was already known that Susan Massasso was leaving, she agreed to hang around longer to help CEO transition.
Now that a date is confirmed for her departure, we know that they expect the CEO to be in place before this date (15 April 2021). It says she'll be reporting to the incoming CEO for a period my guess is he must be taking the reins fairly soon. Not sure why they can't say a date yet but I assume it's to do with his current employer.
