Breaking that down we get 2 things, 90% recovery proven, great news.
Second part is basically saying that by the end of next month we should expect an announcement confirming they can produce battery grade Li2CO3 from what they recover. Not confirming they can but leaving the door open for speculation on it. IMO they wouldn't word it as such or even have it in the announcement like that if they didn't think (or know) that they could.
