I've only just seen this and have to admit it's a surprise if the directors have been accepting after the UCL statement. If I was a BON shareholder I'd be unhappy, the directors could have used the UCL offer to extract a higher bid from MAK.
...but since I'm a MAK shareholder all I can say is let's get to 50% and get this over with.
