my understanding is First baseline: proteinuria measured at initial randomisation into first period; Second baseline: protinuria measured 6 weeks after the end of the first treatment period.
So if there was legacy effect in the general population, shouldnt baseline 2 be lower than baseline 1 for the "PBO in second period" given that their 2nd baseline was measured 6 weeks after dmx last dose?
