    I'd say there is a bit of to-ing and fro-ing required between 4DS and IMEC as to what can and can't be said in the announcement. Remember IMEC puts their logo on these announcements as a collaborator.

    The results are clearly material to the company share price and this puts the kybosh on any possibility of insiders benexafitting untAwil the announcement can be framed up to the satisfaction of IMEC.
