For all the mitigation initiatives it's effectively sprinkling glitter on the turd which is the commissioning of Sole gas.
COE is now reliant on APA financially up to successful commissioning which is messy
Market don't like messy
Relationships/contractual obligations can sour and this could end up in courts worst case scenario
