Ann: Market Update, page-13

I am new to RFT looking to get in, before I do could someone help me out with a couple quick questions or comments on my observations?

1. Marketing and feedback from RFT is really bad. Their YouTube channel has all of 1 subscriber, they don't have an up to date investor presentation which gives insight into target markets, expansion opportunities, joint ventures or anything that gives me insight into where sales are coming from. The "news" section gives me links to conferences planned during Covid which probably didn't go to well. (just my observation)

2. The Tritium deal is terminated correct? Any idea why?

3. I like that they have been growing their earnings but other than the presentation on the financials which looks backwards I don't really see much looking forward. Do they give any sort of guidance in terms of sales?
(PS: the EV Makro theme and the need for chargers doesn't mean the world is buying RFT tech).

4. The head of Maketing and sales looks like a teenager and his LinkedIn profile doesn't inspire confidence. (ok that's a personal jab, I'm sure he is a nice guy but how good is he?)

I'm not down ramping the company, I know there is potential and their numbers seem good but they not really selling it to investors...
