Live Tiles shareholders paid in excess of AUD $9.5 million for legal issues that arose prior to the formation of Live Tiles. WTF!

How can this company have any reasonable expectation of winning trust from prospects, customers or shareholders?

Disgusted with CEO and founder Karl's response "cannot discuss legal matters for legal reasons". Well buddy, I can think about 9.5 million of them.

Doing the right thing is important. This will come back to bite. So take the belated high ground and pay it back.
