A COVID-positive death is the death of any person who has tested positive for the virus, regardless of whether they were sick or showing any symptoms.
Then there's the issue of the test being used to judge whether someone is positive, and whether its even suitable.

Anyone can find this information.

Below is another clear piece of evidence from a reputable source, stating probable cases aren't even tested but are included in the total count!
I could go on and on all day with evidence but I really couldn't be bothered.

When I go to the last source you quote it reads like fairly robust answer to a chaotic situation but I guess you can interpret it the way you prefer.
