Because the last two quarters have been positive due to government rebates and they need to grow topline faster than expenses this year. I think they probably will given the commentary so if it dips because of it it may present an opportunity especially as managment need the stock to be at least 7.5cent to cash in on their options and any dips below 4.5 cents have been aggressively bought by management. Last time added together it was ~$70k which may not sound like that much but it was ~25% of the volume below that price.
