Yeah as far as I can tell. The charting in Commsec is pretty good, just limited by not showing RSI etc. You might be able to get it to do that but I haven't played around with them much. You also get instant access to announcements without delay like HC has.
I use it because thats who my accounts are with but someone might be able to put you on to something better
