Interesting to see what happens.
The following would be the options as I see it.
1) Bid's are for less than the debt, so all assets revert to CFE. In the absence of a fire sale, what is the value of those assets to CFE, any ideas?
2) Bids are for excess of amount owing to CFE, so CFE is repaid and assets sold. In this case, what would the profit be on the transaction for CFE?
3) Bids are for excess of amount owing to CFE, so CFE can match or top the bid by way of extra cash or issuing shares to CUO shareholders in lieue of cash.
Of the 3 options, which do people think would be best for CFE shareholders?
Any other ideas of possible options?
