I managed to get some Zenivol a few months ago. It was not easy and very expensive. With Dr referrals, 'admin' fees and post prescription required follow-up consultations (none face to face either), I was about $800 in the hole. The actual product cost me $375 - which is probably about 10% of their entire revenue if you take out retail mark-up! Gobsmacked.
