Agree. I also want Craig and Co to retain at least 30% control. If these products really take off, expect takeover offers, possibly hostile. This is the single best defence against that. Our leaders in control mean in the long term, we have lower risk of buyouts that are much lower than needed for early retirements. I've founded two startups including capital raisings - I know this game well.
