My current interest in all this is the potential for a quick settlement with the DR Govt, where once I thought it was hopeless, I now see a few more cards in AAUs hands. Talk of the 100,000 tpa Albion plant almost sounds like it’s being played off between Cuba and the DR. Especially AAUs statement that the DR processing hub would not be considered without existing claims settled. If US$20M finds its way back on the balance sheet, then conservatively we would have the SP at +25c, and no additional funding requirement until the construction phase.
