Whatever stategy the company is planning upon, J67, I reckon it is being done in the expectation/knowledge that there is no way in this world that shareholders will approve of an extension to directors options about to expire june 30.
The next question, then, is : which director's can afford to exercise their options?
Given current economic factors plus Opies Prime etc-not all.
Your post was pertinent.
The pressure is/must be on.
To draw an analogy with a pressure cooker, the steam is rising and this baby has to blow pretty soon.
There are several possibilities and we may get some surprises, but developing time constraints with an impending quarterly( which will, certainly, be a shocker) logically point to a rapidly approaching exit.
You would certainly want to put out something sexy pre end of month.
?Flows?production?irr/?sale news. The bigger the announcement the better.
Without news the price will tank and as we are now about to enter May there will be, in my opinion, some pretty big fingers being pulled out of their holes- hopefully followed by the release of gas under pressure!
If not, brown solid material may stain their pants.
These people aren't dumb and they don't want to be left standing naked after all this time.
Something is about to happen-soon.
