you are all over-reacting. his existing options expire 2010 so i believe this is to cover that. he has worked for the company since its inception so one can't question his commitment and has has put FAR in place where it has a world-class prospect and a major oiler willing to come to the party. The potential for massive capital gain is very real. I can't see a problem with it and i will be voting yes.
