Looking into Tyro now with a market cap of $1.3 billion - they appear to be a big merchant payment terminals operator.
Their total transaction value (TTV) they process is impressive - see below.
I have asked IOU to provide and disclose their TTV numbers before but to this day IOU does not provide it to the market. I have no idea why.
These are the metrics that allows the market to value a payment processing company.
A simple revenue number just doesn't help with anything, nor does telling us they process 17 million odd transactions a month. What is that in terms of TTV, Total addressable market $ value and how do they see that growing going forward.
