MACD crossing signal line (bullish) - it's on the weekly time frame which takes precedence over the daily time frame.

The relative strength index is neither over bought it over sold so there is room for movement.

On balance volume shows it's not a false breakout and people are willing to hold.

COB just ran from around 7c to 40c and AOA is right next to it- we can see a run shortly.

Cobalt prices are two year high and the drilling is set to begin in early March I believe (correct me if I'm wrong).

Add to the fact that our mcap is around $4mil which is extremely low and we have $450k in the bank and the last raise was around 0.75c so now add everything together- in my opinion, I expect the SP to move up in the next few weeks (minus the terrible day at the market today).
