Iron ore price, page-27637

Appears we were all in a bubble which has now burst.
US market down 600 points or about 2%
UK, DAX, CAC all down about 2% too.

Expect severe carnage on Monday across the board.

Once panic hits the market there is no stopping it.

March last year was pandemic which caused mass chaos on markets and now its the variants of the virus causing
mass fears with countries going back into lock down.

Big concerns whether the variants of the virus will even work on the vaccine.

Iron ore price finished at $154.30US/T last night.
That won't have much impact when fear and panic hits the market on Monday.

FMG could drop more than $2 on Monday and be below $20 a share. Could even drop far lower if his drags
on for a few days to a few weeks before bargain hunters pile back in.

Remember GFC was followed by GFC2 soon after.
Last year it was the corona virus and now its the variants of the corona virus.

Its a perfect storm. A bubble had formed. Stock market got to just over 7000 as well and when the market is that high
it seems to always happen that some crap happens to spook the markets then free fall.

It will be across the board on Monday.

Last year it was a month of hell then bargain hunters piled back in around April.

It may well be wise to sell on Monday then let it drop and then buy back in next month and that way buy more shares
leading up to the dividend.

I'll clear other stocks while they are in green for me then pile back in at a later date.
Not sure if I would sell FMG. See how it goes on Monday.

See how it pans out on Monday. Cross fingers its just a blip but might be something far worse.
