I agree with you mate and am in for a similar holding (744k of shares here), you make a point that I have been waiting for “the push on sales” and balance the r&d with the need to penetrate existing client book while growing it... it didn’t make an announcement as it wasn’t an executive placement but I know they recently brought on a new head of product for just this reason and he’s supposed to be ex oracle for the same role plus a few others so I’m hopeful he gets the sales push/culture established for them especially now they are maturing.
