    @crazydave do you think the company is headed in the right direction with the upward trend on the ebitda side of the business. Or you have another view? Do you think this company will turn around in the next year? I know you run off the 4c's but would like to get your gut feel provided you would like to discuss?

    What is your opinion on the sales team also please if you wish to discuss?
