The BCL deal is near fruition and will be a game changer for Si6.

BCL initially funded SI6 with $4M to conduct regional exploration activities across Botswana. Using this funding, Si6 found massive amounts of resources in Maibele in 2014-2015. The strategy for BCL was to mine Maibele North as an open pit and to continue exploration and drilling across (PL110/94, PL 111/94 and PL 54/98) to evaluate the potential for underground Mining. As of 2017, Maibele Nickel-Copper prospect had an in situ value of P1.9 Billion (AUD $226m). Unfortunately, BCL went into liquidation soon after which put these plans at a standstill.

The Botswana government is currently reviewing three potential bidders for the takeover. With new funding, management and Nickel at all time highs, Si6 will be very valuable to the new owners at BCL.

The best part about this deal is that Si6 owns 60% of the joint venture with BCL across (PL110/94, PL 111/94 and PL 54/98) which hold $200+ million (possibly billions) worth of resources. Si6 have since been increasing the resources through our latest exploration efforts.

Once the new vision for BCL is set, Si6 will reap the fruits of its labour.

Some of the possible bidders of BCL are EIH (Emirates) and North American Nickel through PNR. Whoever takes over BCL will most likely have world class management and $$$$$$$ of funding.

In addition to this, Si6 WA gold tenements are world class and are in a viable mining district surrounded by multi-million dollar gold producing mines..

SI6 has a massive future.
