I think you need to do some research into the business model kurt. ZLD are not making the product, nor are they responsible for USA sales.

ZLD have licensed the product to a third party that both produces the produce and sells the product in that state. ZLD recieved a licensing fee and are receiving royalties from any sales. So no, ZLD has not breached any disclosure laws nor have they misinformed the market.

What they have done is release a pretty ordinary 4C. They should have explained what is happening with the royality payments as they have to those that have contacted them Perhaps another announcement to clarify might be a good idea.

The bounce in the share price Friday afternoon off the days lows would tend to suggest there are still buyers out there that still have the faith. And with the momentum growing in this sector, I still think ZLD has good potential.
