why no sp movement, page-28

Am i missing something!!! why all this talk about a share placment...very silly so close till end of well.looks like management getting nervous about somthing going wrong.they have money to complete well and have a placement at higher price.looks to me like there covering themselves for wage payment if all go's bad.not much confidence form them placement is serious right now. hope im wrong
