market sentiment can change at anytime...
we can only buy when we see valuations that we are comfortable with... and hold for the long term
quite amazing how people have no hesitation in buying one asset for say 10 mil like Bunnings warehouse but have to think again and again when buying quality reits such as clw
one is highly concentrated whilst the other is highly diversified ... guess having the perceived control is very important to people ...
