Hmm, when I think of operational costs I factor in all mining, processing, downstream refining, transport, state & private royalties, freight to port, port costs and site administration and overhead costs.
Not some fluff in a report that can be fudged to look good for investors.
Lets look at the sister mine, that is now owned by PLS fo comparison shall we.
