My feeling is that they will do a Cap raising. They have drawn down their $3 Million...and would probably need abit more...so reckon it will be in tranche form like before...that is why they wanted to ratify and reset the 15% allowance for future issue without shareholder approval at the recent meeting.
I would personally rather do another Cap Raising and dilute the shareholder base (given that it seems alot of people think it is soooo undervalued) rather than go down the debt path of borrowings.
The company does need the burden of debt just yet.
