The dividend being released is a big bull factor for me imo.
Unless management are really incompetent the idea of releasing 2x dividends with a non-recurring contract (IMOD) gives me confidence that the company does not see itself going into a cash flow negative state in the future. Otherwise a logical management team who were unsure about future cashflows would conserve the cash for the downtime if no contracts eventuated
