i have a strong gut feel that bph has had a verbal approval for pep11 hence why they have been gearing up with all these things around the approval. there may be some small conditions that they need to meet before official approval that they are now working on in the background.
if not why bother to waste energy and time? thats what all these clues have been pointing to for me.
