Todays announcement is a sign that the mining rights are going to be granted within the next 2 weeks. The timing is shorter than previously announced - 6 weeks - and the wording implies that the outcome will be positive.
We all know what will happen once it is officially announced.
10 trading days is all it will be.
Happy to buy more if any stupid selling happens.
