i suspect that may be the underlying reason for the CR, perhaps Thales wanted too much of the pie when it came to the security offering and MX1 wisely drew a line in the sand.
if that is a correct assumption then MX1 is on a sound and confident footing with more tgan enough cash to go forward

I recall from the original announcement that the new tubes were to be produced in France and the device distributed by Thales. Perhaps like you say they wanted too much and were providing little technical input. Or they couldn't bring forward the production timeline with the COVID situation in France. Having everything in Australia does decrease some risks.
