I wasn't going to post but RU555 is on the money. $1 million to Andy is nothing. The damage to his reputation beyond terrible. I've worked for Andy on one of his private businesses and many actions didn't pass the pub test concerning blurring the lines of his private interests and AMA resources, I won't say anymore I assume it's all a dealt with now following this legal action. Only thing I'll add is the greed. Money is like an addiction to some and everyone can see it but themselves. Disgraced himself...
