Please do not take this the wrong way if you are genuine and been offered to buy into this raise of both SGC and XST you mention the leverage SGC is a bit better. May I be so bold as to ask what % of Borba will SGC hope to hold?
I really would like to see SGC hold as large a % as possible. Not concerned in the least about diluting the shares as see this as far better than bringing someone else onboard, it would also show the directors having great confidence in Borba
