so much wisdom mr wisdom.this was negotiated when prr price was in 3s not 7s 8s 9s 10s.its all part of prr's plan to get this company on track and cvac commercialised.they now have a long term significant investor with the name to back it up who has links with a global fund.we are moving into phase11b,phase111 trials soon not just phase 11 as some would like us to believe.this is closer than many want us to believe.i can understand people being peeved at the 2.6c but hey shareholders had a chance at .005 and didnt support the company and now someone with significance is throwing 1.5 mill at it.
