How can they be expected to make money for themselves (and their instos and soph mates) if they don't need to raise and give themselves cheap shares and free oppies?
It's a scam pure and simple (but legal) and a way for Foster to get out.
Who in their right mind pays out cash then raises it again, if they are serious about building a business?

My best guess is... they'll go into the biomedical sphere. They can raise funds there for years and years and never need to produce anything.
