There's 450m shares. Management have 50% approx which still leaves 225m shares on market. There's less than 30 regular posters on here and only a small amount of those have said they hold 1m or more. I think it's very probable that it's true. Even 1m shares at an average of 17.5c is only $175k.
We don't know for sure though like you said.
