William - The funding is awesome... Its to be applauded. But your holding in PRR just got devalued in a substantial way (adn will continue to be).
The more dilution - The less likely you are to get your dollars for cents. Its as simple as that.
Its a double edged sword because are you better to have 10% of something or 100% of nothing?
IMO - The business side of PRR is what has folks (me) concerned - Not for lack of faith in the product potential.
