And does penn have the ability to value add to the network/arpu with apps and services.? historically ? u know my answer.
Anyway lets see the figures penn produces,I understand they wont include 5g mmWave apps and services,but they will also not include the level playing field ie tpg and optus with their mmWave spectrum allocation in the economic 5g areas.
