Hi Reenie. I've been holding 1.5M VPC for about 5 years so probably qualify as a long term holder.........

I too am undecided about whether to participate in the capital raising. The fact that the majority of previous management is no longer involved is comforting but I still have some qualms about committing more funds. I think in the end I might sit this out and hopefully ride the positive sentiment abou the MM industry up to a couple of bags. My average is a little under $0.01 so it'll need to do well for me to make any kind of profit in the post consolidation scenario.
