I would say its a medication no longer protected by patent that Sanofi has acquired and they want to up the horse power with a rapid delivery system to make it super-charged and effectively give that medication an advantage over any other pharma that wants to take up that medication.

I would say it is a medication that when it is used, it is only used when it is seriously needed in a life and death situation so rapid onset and delivery is a competitive advantage in the application of a serious life and death medication.

Not too many Sanofi medications fit that bill. I would say.
