write, i will reply out of decency as i know you must be worried. however i will not risk breaching any privacy issues and also protecting myself from slander - several people on here have stated that i work for Andrew or connected - anything I have ever posted are my own thoughts and not that of TZ or any management / board - people should just grow up.

I have a big stake in TZ and other interests and have only one objective to see TZ prosper.

The consortium seek change and accountabillity - so do I. i am not sure whether the plan has been fully articulated yet and i believe is a work in progress.

the consortium would have to be acting in the interests for all share holders as each has a significant stake.

all i ask is that they get a proposal out soon and as mentioned, I think the current board will step down providing the right alternatives are suggested. remember anybody inferring AS will not step is incorrect - i am sure he just wants to protect his significant holding!

i cannot say any more other than a lot of personal angst is getting caught up in this. i just hope as per the release today that MB can bring a level of professionalism to the debate and get something sorted asap.

TZ is on the cusp of commercialisaing its technology - most of the collaboration have been holders longer than I, so deserve for it not to fail at this crucual point.

lets move forward and take the personal accusations out of this.
