It crept up yesterday and then jumped today- with no announcement from GBG.
It looks like GBG were caught off guard by the EPA and news may have been released by the EPA and on their site before GBG was officially informed. If they were informed but hadn't prepared a statement, then the stock should have been put into a trading halt. It should be in a halt now anyway until a statement is released.
