Megafauna, when SMS complete the FEED for Mt Peake and Darwin Refinery, there construction and product guarantees together with the fixed price overall construction of mine benefaction plant and refinery "EPC" creates a takeover foundation for any entity wanting to own, build and finance the project.
That might be the time we see the spin out of TIVANVo and "friendly" take over of TNGs Mt Peake Project without the IP creating the first royalty contract for TIVANCo.
A little bird sat on the pukekos should in August last year raising this scenario. Seemed a long way off at the time but entirely feasible now. Im not ruling out major moves sooner than later.
as an aside HC have got to reign in their advertising contracts. Its taken me 1/2 an hour to post this due to adds getting triggered by certain key actions. Unfukingbelevable!!
