I think it's too late too makattack. The announcement is definitely a commitment to a rights issue though. The company needs to raise money anyway so it will happen, extra bonus that it's now fully underwritten. Might be expensive but still a good effort in a climate where MAK have been promoting that it likely couldn't be done. UCL have done good work with Sandpiper.
